The award winning documentary Gasland Part II will have its Moscow area premier at the Kenworthy on Monday, September 15, at 7pm. This sequel to Gasland released in 2009 continues to explore the controversial method of extracting natural gas and oil known as “fracking,” one of the most divisive environmental issues facing our nation today. Gasland Part 2 argues how and why fracked wells leak contaminated water and air and contributing to climate change. Audience members are invited to stay after the showing for a thought- provoking discussion.
